How to use the Word plug-in

In the Marketplace you will find plug-ins to process your forms. Do you want to design the report of your forms using Word? Buy the Word plug-in in the Marketplace and upload your Word template!


  • Go to the Marketplace, log in, and click on the Word plug-in.
  • The plug-in costs a one-time payment of €200, plus one credit each time you access the Word plug-in.
  • Click Purchase.
  • Enter your payment details and pay with a Credit Card.

  • Go to the online platform and log in.
  • Go to your form.
  • Click Edit form.
  • Go to the 'Hooks' tab.
  • Here you can add a pug-in to your form. It is activated every time a form is sent to MoreApp.
  • Click Add Hook and select the Word plugin.

Configure the plug-in

  • Now you can configure the plug-in.
  • As an output you can choose a Word or PDF file.
  • Add the recipients of the email, separate them with a comma.
  • Add the subject line of the email.
  • Here you can use placeholders, these are slightly different in Word. Text, number, and date widgets are without the dollar sign.
  • Type text for the email body.
  • Give the file a name.
  • Upload the Word template.
  • Click Save.
  • If you don't want to receive the default email, go to the email tab and click on the cross to remove it.
  • Click Save & Publish.
  • Pay attention! The Catalogue and Pin widgets will not be shown in the export of the Word plug-in.



The placeholders are different using word

  • Text, Number, and Date widgets
    In MoreApp: ${dataname}
    In Word: {dataname}
  • Foto widget
    In MoreApp: ${foto}
    In Word: {%foto}
  • Subform widget
    In MoreApp: ${subform}
    In Word:
    {dag}, {uren}
