Our Story
When it comes to paper, we totally believe in less is more.
MoreApp is a Dutch family company founded in 2013 by father and son Piet & Thom Bokelaar. It’s their mission to reduce paper usage by helping companies to streamline workflows and improve collaboration within their team. Former business partner Avisi contributed to making MoreApp scalable. MoreApp is growing rapidly with offices in Rotterdam, Barcelona and Berlin. Our goal? Raising awareness about working paperless and offering companies a tool to digitise their processes in a fun and easy way. Security is our highest priority, MoreApp is proud to be ISO 27001 certified and ISO 27701 certified. These are the highest international Information Security and Privacy Information Management standards.

2013 - MoreApp was founded
2014 - Relaunch Platform with improved Form Builder
2015 - Big Platform redesign
2016 - Expansion to Spanish and Latin-American Markets
2017 - Obtain ISO 27001 Certificate
2018 - Expansion to DACH Region Germany
2019 - New Pricing Model
2020 - Rotterdam team moved to CIC
2021 - Started planting trees in collaboration with Tree-Nation
2022 - Moved to EU-based email server Bird
2023 - Release of our new App and the renewal of ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 Certificate
